Announcements:
Change in Executive Directorship as of July 1, 2003 and explanation of the new "management geography" of CLAG: Operations have moved to Hunter College. One checking account has moved to Hunter College, one has remained at UT to facilitate bill-paying to UT Press.
Board Elections: Reminder to submit nominations
Update on upcoming Antigua CLAG conference: Mike Steinberg and Matthew Taylor gave updated details on Antigua. New field trips are being organized. Things are coming together well. Keep checking the web site for details.
Availability of back issues of YEARBOOK: UT Press will be bringing back issues of the Yearbook to their booth. Please check with them to pick up copies to donate to colleagues or to help encourage your university to subscribe to JLAG.
Update on the status of 2003 issue of JLAG: Cindy Sorrenson gave an update. A brief explanation of the delay was given.

Proposal for next CLAG meeting - Morelia 2005 - Antoinette WinklerPrins brought a formal proposal to organize the next CLAG meeting in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico in Fall 2005. This proposal was accepted.
