The goal of this website is to
provide information on the activities of CMC, as well as to provide
specific tools and advice to students and people in the Syracuse
neighborhood to manage and possibly resolve conflicts.
CMC is active in various
activities, both off and on campus at SU. If you are interested in
seeing what these activities, please go to our
TRAINING and OUTREACH links.
Participation in CMC is on a voluntary basis, and we draw mostly from
graduate students in Public Administration, International Relations and
a variety of social sciences at SU. We are always hoping to include more
people in our community, so please
contact us.
CMC is available to share its
resources with the university and community and help in any way we can.
Refer to our Links,
Readings, and
Handouts page for a starting point in conflict resolution.
Although we cannot guarantee a successful resolution, we hope we
can be a source of inspiration.
Finally, if you would like to
contact us for any particular reason, either to draw on our expertise,
for help, to relate valuable stories of disputes and their resolution,
or to admire the website, please contact us!
