Coordinators: Anya Stanger and Martha Ketcham
Anya Stanger:
Anya Stanger is a 2nd year doctoral student in Social Science, with
research interests in peace studies and peace education. Prior to
attending the Maxwell school, Anya was a middle school teacher in
northern California and taught an integrated peace curriculum to
students in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Anya is delighted to be
working with the CMC, as a way to further and develop powerful skills
in the transformation of conflict.
Martha Haddad Ketcham:
Martha comes to
CMC as an EMPA student with a Certificate of Advanced Study
in Conflict Resolution.
Last year she was a CMC
Associate, participating in CNY Speaks, numerous workshops
and other small group presentations.
She was also a trainer for two
workshops offered by CMC.
Prior to pursuing her EMPA, she
worked extensively in communications, most notably as a
television producer/director for both public broadcasting
and cable television stations.
She earned her Bachelor of
Science degree from the
