Membership in the association is open to all homeowners over 18 years of age. It is also open to tenants who have resided in the neighborhood for one year or longer.
Dues: $8.00/year (household with one voting member) OR $10.00/year (household with two voting members). Households with more than two voting members in residence should contact an OCNA Board Member for further information.
