1. The Meeting was called to order at 3:19 PM by President, Gloria Sage, who introduced Board Members and Guests.
2. Secretary, Ron Hoffman, presented written copies of the November 13, 2007 Annual Meeting and moved their adoption. The minutes, which were reviewed at the November 2007 Board meeting, were approved.
3. A written Treasurer's /Membership Report was presented by Martin Sage. 148 members joined in 2008, contributing $894 in dues and contributions. As of November 15, 2008, 39 members have joined for 2009, contributing $222. Income for the year was $3,101.43, and expenses totaled $2,453.18. The total assets of the Board are $3212.60.
4. Gloria Sage presented the names the following slate of nominees for a two year term:

Further nominations from the floor were requested, and none were offered. Ballots were collected.
5. President Gloria Sage offered a list of 11 accomplishments or issues that the Board addressed in 2008, including publishing three newsletters, maintaining a website, email alerts, welcoming packets delivered to new home owners, sale of 26 RPM trees, planting 39 trees in Comfort Tyler Park, Earth Day clean up and tree mulching project, obtained access to low interest home improvement loans, planted flowers in Comfort Tyler Park, applied for grants to replace Comfort Tyler commemorative plaque and slide and benches for park.
Steve Kearney, City Planner, did not appear to lead the program, "The Role of Planning in City Government." A panel discussion on the subject was presented by Eric Beattie, Kathleen Joy, Ryan McMahan, and Van Robinson. A question and answer period followed statements by each panelist.
6. Cyndi Stetson was the winner of the 50/50 raffle.
7. Martin Sage reported that 27 ballots were cast for each of the four candidates.
8. The meeting was adjourned at 4:33 PM, and conversation and refreshments followed.
